Here's a little info about our ordering terms:

• Our minimum ordering requirement is $50. We try our best to be flexible and easy to work with. Having a low minimum allows you to try different designs without investing a lot in them and keeping your cookie collection fresh.
• Lead times: Please be aware that all orders are made to order at this time. We never have products sitting around ready to ship. This is to ensure our product is as fresh as possible when it delivers to you. However, due to staying overwhelmed our order turnaround time can be at least 3 to 4 weeks depending on what season we are in. As you can imagine, Late Summer thru December is our heaviest time and we can be 6 weeks out. We are working on shortening our lead time but please plan accordingly. We strongly recommend ordering 1 month in advance and 2 months for Seasonal/Holiday cookies. 
• While we are not able to offer free shipping at this time due to the packaging costs with our cookies and rising shipping rates, we do have deep discounts with UPS. So we do offer the lowest shipping rates possible.
• Each cookie design must be purchased by the pack which is usually 6 each. Pawstrees are usually 12 per pack. 
• Our order turnaround time varies depending on what season it is and how heavy our order volume is. Yes, as you have probably already guessed, the Holidays are crazy for us! Holiday orders are heaviest from September thru early December. 
• We prefer retailers with a physical location whether that be a brick and mortar store, market booth, etc. 
• We do allow online sales on your own company website and promoting on social media but we prohibit sales on 3rd party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Etsy, etc.
