Packaging: We offer both unwrapped and wrapped options for each cookie. The default choice is unwrapped, so please make sure you choose your packaging style carefully when ordering. 

Unwrapped is more suitable for cookie cases or open displays such as bowls and platters. Ingredients cards are always sent with unwrapped cookies for you to hand to your customers when purchasing these products.

Wrapped is more suitable if you don't have a case and want to display in baskets, bins, or even hang on a peg. We charge a 25-cent fee per cookie for wrapped cookies, which are sealed in a sealed cellophane bag with an ingredient label on the back. We also offer clear peg hanging tabs for another 10 cents per cookie.

We ship our cookies wrapped securely in cartons based on pack size.

Sometimes there is unforeseen damage by the carrier. If you recieve a package than looks like it has been damaged, please either refuse it or inspect you products immediately after recieving them. If there are any damaged that was obviously the carrier's fault, you will be responsible for reporting damage and filing the claim to recover any loss.

If it was our fault by not being packaged properly, we can credit your account or issue a refund. If you want the cookies replaced, please notify us ASAP so we can put them on the production plan. You will have 7 days of receipt to report any damages to us for us to accept any kind of liability.
